Eligibility & Requirements

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
shal777 offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount × 15 times.
If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks.
If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive a 200,000 Ks bonus giving a total balance of 420,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.
4.2 Wagering Requirement Rules
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. You may continue playing with the bonus until the requirement is fulfilled. If the bonus is used up entirely without meeting the wagering requirement, it will be considered incomplete.
4.3 Bonus Forfeiture
- If you cancel the bonus and request an immediate withdrawal, the bonus will be forfeited.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed before the set deadline, the bonus will expire.
- Each promotion can only be claimed once per account.
4.4 VIP Program

Game Rules
5.1 Fair Play
All games on the shal777 platform operate under a Fair Play policy and use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to produce results. shal777 does not pre-determine or control game outcomes.
5.2 Playing Hours

5.3 Technical Errors

5.4 Finality of Casino Decisions
Once a game ends and the result is confirmed, any adjustment requested by a player will be reviewed by shal777, and that decision is final.
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited for all players:

- Using software exploits, bots, or automated playing methods
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the platform
- Bonus abuse — for example, referring yourself
- Opening an account using someone else's personal information instead of your own
- Insulting, threatening, or harassing platform support staff
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose
If any of the above violations occur, shal777 may close the account and suspend or void the funds in that account without prior warning.

- Suspected bonus abuse

9.2 Closure by the Player
